01 General

• You must be 18 or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the website on the day of your order applies to that order.

02 Products & Pricing

• We try to show colours and photos as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and discounts may change without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Fabric and care details are listed on the product page.

03 Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• We may cancel or refuse an order in cases such as stock shortage, pricing error, incomplete address, or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.
• Please give a correct name, phone number and complete address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details.

04 Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa. For prepaid orders, the order is processed after payment is verified.

05 Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take longer.
• Free shipping applies on orders above the amount shown on the website. Otherwise, the delivery charge shown at checkout applies.
• Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier issues are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel.
• Please check the parcel in front of the rider where possible. If it is damaged or tampered with, tell us immediately.

06 Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• To be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed and unworn, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• To start a request, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@leftolo.com with your order number and photos of the item.
• Items that are used, washed, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted.
• Defective or wrong items: please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will replace the item or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping.
• Change of mind or size exchange: the customer pays the courier charges to send the item back, unless stated otherwise on the website.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve the exchange or refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa for COD orders, within 7–10 working days of approval.
• Sale or specially discounted items, and jewellery, may be non-returnable unless defective. This will be shown on the product page.

07 Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once the parcel is dispatched, the return policy applies.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, name, designs, photos and text, belongs to Leftolo. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

09 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false orders, or post unlawful or misleading content.

10 Limitation of Liability

We provide the website and products in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, Leftolo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11 Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
